Mandala Vibes

Wholeness begins with one dot.

Meet with Me

Through art therapy, I guide people to connect with their inner self — supported by my experience as a Reiki Master and Vedic astrologer.

I began painting mandalas in 2018, during one of the most difficult and transformative times in my life. I was searching for something to help me stay in the present — not stuck in the past, and not anxious about the future. Even meditation felt hard back then, but painting mandalas throught the dots brought me silence, stillness, and a deep inner focus.

When I hold the tools and begin to paint, especially while listening to mantras and healing music, I feel connected to something higher — to energy, to intention, to love. I believe that everything we create carries our vibration, and I always paint with peaceful energy, trust, and care. That’s what makes each mandala more than just art — it becomes a gentle expression of the energy within.

Art has always deeply resonated with me — a strong and natural part of who I am since early childhood.
I believe that creativity itself is a spiritual path, and that small moments of mindful creation can bring peace, joy, and a deeper connection to oneself.

Mandalas helped me return to myself, and that’s why I share them with others. They remind us that healing doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic — sometimes, it’s just a quiet circle, a dot, a breath.

If my story resonates with you, I welcome you to join me on this path of creativity, stillness, and self-discovery. We’re all connected — and sometimes, a mandala can show us just how beautifully.

Creating, teaching, and sharing mandalas became more than a personal path — it turned into my way of holding space for others. It’s a gentle invitation to return to your center, again and again, with kindness and color.

The meaning of Mandala

The mandala is an ancient symbol of deep spiritual meaning. It represents the universe, the self, and the sacred cycles that connect us with family, community, and the cosmos. It is used in many traditions as a tool for meditation, healing, and inner focus.

It is a meditative tool, a symbol of order, and a mirror of the inner world.

“Whatever else the mandala may represent to an individual, it essentially reflects order and is understood as an almost self-created image of that order.”
Carl Gustav Jung

The image of the mandala first appeared in the Hindu Rig Veda. In spiritual, emotional, and psychological work, it is used to focus the mind and bring about transformation. Jung saw the mandala as “an instrument of contemplation” — a way to move toward self-understanding and individuation.

“My mandalas were cryptograms concerning the state of the self… I saw that all the paths I had taken were leading back to a single point — the center. The mandala is the path to the center, to individuation.”
Carl Gustav Jung

Creating a mandala is often seen as receiving guidance from a higher source. In this sense, it becomes more than art — it becomes a spiritual experience of remembering one’s inner truth.

What inspires Me

I find inspiration in sacred sounds, silence, intuition, and the gentle rhythm of placing one dot at a time. Nature, mantras, the changing light of day — all become part of the energy that flows through my hands and into each piece I create.

Painting mandalas it’s like a meditation for me. It doesn’t come from planning — it comes from listening. Some say mandalas are created from a higher source, and I feel this deeply when I’m painting. Each session is like a conversation with the soul — quiet, flowing, and intuitive.

Every piece I make holds an intention — whether for grounding, healing, clarity or joy. I’m also inspired by the people I meet through this journey: those who dare to slow down, reflect, and create. Their stories, energy and openness help shape my work and its purpose.

“Formation, Transformation, Eternal Mind’s eternal recreation.”
C.G. Jung on the mandala

My creative process is guided not by outcome, but by presence. That’s where the beauty lies — in simply showing up and allowing the art to unfold.

And in that unfolding, we rediscover parts of ourselves we may have forgotten.

What I Do – My Offerings

Mandala art is more than just decoration – it’s a visual meditation, a sacred circle that invites stillness, focus, and joy.

I create hand-painted, one-of-a-kind mandalas using a dot-painting technique, where each tiny dot adds rhythm and soul to the artwork. Every mandala is unique – just like every person who creates or receives one.

🎨 I host Mandala Workshops, where you’ll learn how to create your own sacred circle step-by-step. No art skills are needed – just curiosity and an open heart.

👩‍👧 I also offer Parent & Child sessions – playful, creative workshops where little hands can paint their first mandala on a stone or canvas. It’s all about shared moments and beautiful memories.

👧 For children aged 7 and up, there are also Kids-Only Workshops – safe, inspiring spaces where kids can create freely, build confidence, and explore mindfulness through art.

Painting mandalas helps children improve focus, patience, and fine motor skills, while giving them a joyful way to express emotions they may not yet have words for. It’s a playful path to inner calm and creative self-discovery — all through color, rhythm, and fun.

If you’re longing to create something meaningful, unwind, and reconnect with yourself (or with your child), you’re warmly welcome to join. 🌿

“Keep painting, sweetheart – I can see how much joy it brings you. I see how you’re growing through it. You’re right… let others see the magic that’s unfolding from within you.”
